How do I submit a support ticket?

Tidelift offers ticket-based product support though our Support Portal.

To submit a general support request, please file a ticket using the ticket submission form or email support@tidelift.com.

It is preferable to use our ticket submission form to submit any time-sensitive support requests as those will be attached to a SLA. Support requests that originate through emailing support@tidelift.com are not subject to our support SLA targets.
