Review release managers

To further ensure the security of a package, we ask that you verify that you have reviewed and confirmed that only authorized people have access to manage releases for your package(s). With this task, Tidelift provides a list of maintainers on a given package and in the case that an individual appears on the list who should not have access, you can then remove their access.
